Key Responsibilities


  • Partner with business leaders, business partners and managers to implement robust talent identification processes, including annual talent review cycle and succession planning.
  • Analyze workforce data and performance metrics to identify high-potential employees and critical roles.
  • Support the implementation of assessment tools to evaluate employees’ competencies, potential, and readiness.
  • Track talent pipeline movements and develop regular dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor participation and progress of talents in development initiatives and provide regular reports on outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Work with Learning & Development teams and external vendors to curate and deliver learning solutions
  • Identify opportunities to improve talent management processes and propose enhancements leveraging technology, Gen AI and best practices.

 

Requirements



  • Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources, Org Psychology or related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Management
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, talent assessment tools and coaching preferred
  • Good EQ and able to work with stakeholders of all levels
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-driven and proactive, resourceful, with a passion for talent development and people growth
  • Able to work independently and collaborate as a team
  • Comfortable with data and preparation of papers/proposals
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of talent management trends and best practices
